So if it’s that easy, why don’t we all do it? I believe it’s mostly because, no matter what a good person you are, forgiveness can be hard. Sometimes people do evil things for no reason. Sometimes luck just isn’t on our sides. And sometimes, there are things that simply happen and are completely out of our control. I’m here to tell you that none of that matters, because you can win the entire war by just relieving yourself of the burdens.
1) Caring What Others Think
We all heard as children to “just not care what other people think”. Unfortunately for most of us, it was hard then and it’s even more difficult now. However, it’s more important than it ever was for you to just not worry about it. Instead of worrying about what your coworkers, your Facebook friends or what strangers will think of what you chose to wear today or how you laugh, spend that time caring about YOU. Think about how you can improve your day, or what you can do for someone else that will make their day better and in turn yours.
